Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Order Cancellations by the Restaurant: If a restaurant cancels an order due to unavailability of food or other reasons, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
- Order Cancellations by the Customer: Customers can cancel their order within a specified time window after placing the order. If canceled within the allowed time, a refund may be provided.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: Customers are eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Pre-order Cancellations: Can be canceled up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- How to Cancel: Orders can be canceled through the "My Orders" section of the Orderzy platform.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Non-refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Order Not Canceled in Time: No refund for late cancellations.
- Customer Changes Mind: No refund if the customer decides not to proceed after preparation.
5. Dispute Resolution
If an issue arises, contact Orderzy support immediately. We will work with the restaurant to resolve the issue and determine if a refund is appropriate.
