Is Orderzy free to use?
The restaurant pays Orderzy nothing. Diners pay a small platform fee at checkout, sized to the bill. The fee is part of every bill, no matter how the order was placed or how the diner pays. Whether the order goes in by QR, at the counter, or through the staff, and whether payment is online or in cash, the small fee is already inside the bill total. Nothing extra to handle. The restaurant never pays it.
Is Orderzy a delivery platform like Zomato or Swiggy?
No. Orderzy is dine-in and takeaway only. There is no delivery fleet, no aggregator commission, no third-party rider. Diners order at the restaurant and eat there, or pick up their order.
