Orderzy is a complete dine-in system for restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotel restaurants in India. Guests order three ways: by QR at the table, at the counter, or through the staff. Every ticket lands on one kitchen queue. Table sessions run in Pay-Per-Order mode (settle each ticket at checkout) or Pay-at-End mode (one running bill across every round of the meal). Owners get a live kitchen order dashboard, a staff fast-order-entry screen, itemised billing with a configurable service charge, owner-configurable tax invoicing with gapless per-outlet per-financial-year sequences, waitlist, table reservations, an offers engine, multi-outlet brand support, and a live settlement ledger. Payment processing is via Cashfree. No dedicated hardware is required. The whole system runs in any web browser.

Why we built it

We started Orderzy because we kept watching good restaurants get judged for the wrong reasons. The food was honest, the room was warm, then the QR didn't load, the order went sideways, the bill took twenty minutes. Our work is to handle those small breaks so the food gets the credit it deserves.

What we do

We eliminate the friction between a customer sitting down at a table and their order reaching the kitchen. With Orderzy, a customer scans the QR code at their table, sees the restaurant's live menu, adds items to cart, and places an order, all without downloading an app, creating an account, or waiting for a waiter. The order appears on the kitchen dashboard in real time. The restaurant owner controls the full flow: menu updates, table setup, pricing, service charges, and payment collection.

For restaurant owners

  • Kitchen dashboard: New, Accepted, Ready, and Completed states. Configurable for kitchens with or without a pass station.
  • Dual payment modes: Pay Per Order (instant payment) or Pay at End (tab system for traditional dine-in service).
  • Itemised billing: Configure your service charge per restaurant. Applied automatically on every bill, with a clear itemised breakdown for the customer.
  • Staff order entry: Fast-order-entry screen for staff to place orders by table, for customers who prefer ordering through a waiter.
  • Offers engine: Create percentage or flat discounts with optional festival themes (Diwali, Holi, Eid, New Year, Christmas) and auto-apply rules.
  • No hardware required: The kitchen dashboard runs in any browser on any device your staff already own.

For customers

  • Scan the table QR code with any phone camera.
  • Browse the restaurant's live menu: categories, item photos, veg/non-veg filter.
  • Place an order without creating an account or downloading an app.
  • Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or cash. At Pay-at-End restaurants, keep ordering and pay once at the end.
  • View a live itemized bill on your phone at any time before paying.
