About Orderzy

Orderzy is a web-based restaurant management and QR ordering platform built for dine-in restaurants in India. Restaurant owners configure their menu and seating plan, and receive auto-generated QR codes for each table. Customers scan with their phone camera — no app download required — and place orders directly to the kitchen. Orderzy supports two payment models: Pay Per Order (instant UPI or card payment per order) and Pay at End (a running tab that customers settle once at the end of the meal). The platform includes a kitchen order dashboard, staff fast-order-entry interface, GST and service charge configuration, and a discount and offer engine. Payment processing is via Cashfree. No dedicated hardware is required — the system runs in any web browser.

What We Do

We eliminate the friction between a customer sitting down at a table and their order reaching the kitchen. With Orderzy, a customer scans the QR code at their table, sees the restaurant's live menu, adds items to cart, and places an order — all without downloading an app, creating an account, or waiting for a waiter. The order appears on the kitchen dashboard in real time. The restaurant owner controls the full flow: menu updates, table setup, pricing, service charges, and payment collection.

For Restaurant Owners

  • QR code ordering: Auto-generated table QR codes. Each code carries the table number through checkout automatically.
  • Kitchen dashboard: New, Accepted, Ready, and Completed states. Configurable for kitchens with or without a pass station.
  • Dual payment modes: Pay Per Order (instant payment) or Pay at End (tab system for traditional dine-in service).
  • GST and billing: Configure CGST, SGST, GST, service charge, and packaging fee per restaurant. Applied automatically on every bill.
  • Staff order entry: Fast-order-entry screen for staff to place orders by table — for customers who prefer ordering through a waiter.
  • Offers engine: Create percentage or flat discounts with optional festival themes (Diwali, Holi, Eid, New Year, Christmas) and auto-apply rules.
  • No hardware required: The kitchen dashboard runs in any browser on any device your staff already own.

For Customers

  • Scan the table QR code with any phone camera.
  • Browse the restaurant's live menu — categories, item photos, veg/non-veg filter.
  • Place an order without creating an account or downloading an app.
  • Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or cash. At Pay-at-End restaurants, keep ordering and pay once at the end.
  • View a live itemized bill on your phone at any time before paying.
