The 30-second take

Petpooja, in one paragraph. Orderzy, in another.

Petpooja is built around the back office. The diner never sees it. Orderzy is built around the dining table. The diner is just as much our user as the operator.

If your restaurant is delivery-heavy, multi-aggregator, and you need a unified POS to keep it all in one place, Petpooja is probably the right answer.

If your restaurant is sit-down dine-in and the moment you care about is the diner at the table, Orderzy is built for that. It also costs you nothing.

Three concrete differences

If you remember three things from this page.

01

Orderzy is free. Petpooja is paid software.

Petpooja runs on an annual subscription. A slow Tuesday costs the same as a busy Tuesday. That model has its logic, predictable revenue for them, predictable expense for you.

Orderzy flips the model. The restaurant pays Orderzy nothing. We add a small platform fee to the diner's bill at checkout. Our revenue moves with your actual orders, not on a calendar. No setup fee, no annual licence, no commission on your orders. The diner's order amount flows directly through Cashfree to you.

This is not a free trial. It is the pricing model.

02

Orderzy brings customers. Petpooja does not.

Petpooja is invisible to the diner. The diner never sees Petpooja, never installs an app, never knows the restaurant is using it. From Petpooja's angle, this is correct design. Their user is the operator, not the diner.

Orderzy treats the diner as our user too. The customer who scans your QR card and orders on Orderzy can open the Orderzy marketplace the next time they want to eat out, find your restaurant if you are open, or another restaurant in your city if you are not. We carry your brand to the next visit. Petpooja has nowhere to carry it to.

We are live in Chhatarpur, MP today, and the platform is built to light up the next city the moment the next restaurant in that city is ready.

03

Orderzy is browser-only. No new hardware.

A Petpooja setup typically involves a billing terminal, kitchen printers, sometimes a Petpooja-supplied tablet, and a trained operator. Capex commonly runs ₹40,000 to ₹80,000 before your first order.

Orderzy uses the browser the restaurant already owns. The kitchen view runs on a phone or laptop. QR cards print at any local press from a file we generate. You can be live in an hour, not days.

Where Orderzy is the right choice

Sit-down dine-in restaurants. The whole product is built for you.

  • Your restaurant is sit-down dine-in. Cafés, bars, family restaurants, fine-dine, hotel restaurants.
  • You want a tool that does not get in the way of the dining experience.
  • You do not want to pay for software whether you sold or not.
  • You want a tool that brings you new diners, not just helps you serve the ones who already walked in.
  • You want to keep the diner's relationship with your brand, not hand it to an aggregator or hide it behind back-office software.
