What is Orderzy?

Orderzy is a complete dine-in system for restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotel restaurants in India. Guests order by QR at the table, at the counter, or through your staff. Every ticket lands on one kitchen queue. The meal closes with one itemised bill and one payment. End to end for dine-in.

₹0 to the restaurant. No setup fee, no annual licence, no commission on your orders. We charge the diner a small transparent platform fee at checkout, not you. Your order amount flows directly to you through Cashfree.

Orderzy is also a marketplace. The diner who scanned your QR can open Orderzy tomorrow and find you again. As we grow into your city, you also get new diners who discover you through the marketplace. Discovery, built in. No commission for the diners you get this way.

Who Orderzy is built for

Restaurants where the meal happens at a table.

Some kinds of food service Orderzy is designed around. Others can use it, just not who we built it for first. If you don't see your kind on the left, message and ask. Aditya will tell you straight.

Built for
  • Cafés and design-forward coffee spots
  • Bars and lounges with a careful drinks list
  • Family dine-in restaurants
  • Fine-dine and chef-led restaurants
  • Hotel restaurants and resort dining rooms
  • Multi-cuisine sit-down spots, pure-veg and otherwise
Also works for
  • Counter-service and QSR, via the staff Fast Order screen
  • Cloud kitchens running takeaway, in Pay-Per-Order mode
  • Hybrids running both dine-in and takeaway off the same menu

These work, just not the audience the product is shaped around.

Three ways in, one kitchen queue, one bill

The guests who scan and the guests who never touch a phone, on the same system.

The most common owner question is the same one every time: what about my older guests, or the family that just wants to hand the order to a waiter? Orderzy answers with the product itself. An order can enter three ways. They all land on one kitchen queue and settle on one itemised bill.

01 · By QR at the table

A diner at a rooftop orders the next round from their seat.

Guest scans, browses your live menu, adds items. Ticket carries the table number to the kitchen. No app, no signup, no waiter chased across a busy floor.

02 · At the counter

A cafe splits its orders between the counter and the tables.

Walk-in guests order at the counter as always. Your counter staff enter it on the Fast Order screen. Same live kitchen queue, same itemised bill, same daily report.

03 · Through your staff

A family orders in three waves through the same captain.

Guests who prefer human service still get it. Your captain takes the order to a tablet on Fast Order. All three waves land on the same running bill for the table. Nobody juggles two systems.

Guests who never touch a phone stay looked after by your staff. Guests who prefer to order themselves get out of the queue. Both add to the same bill.

Where dine-in really breaks

The bottleneck isn't your kitchen. It's everything around it.

Every busy restaurant loses time and money in the same three places. A QR on every table fixes all three at once.

Waiters chase tables at peak hours

At 8 PM, one server is taking orders, another is running drinks, a third is trying to find the cheque book. Tickets get missed, repeats get written twice, tempers rise.

Kitchen tickets get lost or read wrong

Handwritten KOTs pile up, someone misreads "Paneer Tikka" as "Paneer Butter," and the customer sends the plate back. Every misfire costs ingredients, time, and goodwill.

Bills at close of night are a mess

Cash, UPI, split bills, "add that biryani to their table." End of night, the cashier spends an hour reconciling what everyone ate, what was paid, what was comped.

How Orderzy works

Four steps. Zero chaos.

The same flow every shift, whether it's a weekday lunch or a Saturday rush.

1

Customer scans the table QR

Any phone camera. No app, no signup. They land on your live menu with real prices.

2

They order from their seat

They add items at their own pace, review the cart, place the order. Pay upfront or at the end, you choose per restaurant.

3

Kitchen gets the ticket instantly

Ticket appears on the kitchen screen with a sound alert. One tap to accept, one tap to mark ready. Every action is logged.

4

Bill settles itself at the end

Customer taps "Get Bill," pays by UPI or card, your day's orders are totalled and ready for settlement.

The setting that decides everything

Pay-Per-Order or Pay-At-End. You pick the one that fits your restaurant.

It is not cosmetic. It changes how the meal flows for both your diner and your kitchen. Most owners get the choice right on the first call.

Pay-Per-Order

Every order paid before it hits the kitchen.

The diner taps Place Order, pays, and only then does the ticket reach you. Payment certainty before you cook. Suits fast-casual, counter-service, takeaway, and parcel orders.

Best for: QSR, takeaway-heavy, counter-service.

Pay-At-End

One running bill across the whole meal.

The diner orders a starter, then a main, then a dessert, then a coffee, all on one dining session. At the end they tap to pay once. Feels like how an Indian sit-down meal actually works.

Best for: sit-down dine-in, multi-course meals, family dinners.

What you get, free

The whole dining session, tool by tool.

Not a narrow ordering widget. Every part of a dine-in shift, from the first ticket to the last settled bill, built for Indian restaurants, cafes, bars, and hotel restaurants, priced to get you started.

01 · Kitchen queue

One live kitchen board for every order in the room.

Orders from the QR at the table, the counter, and your staff all land on the same screen the moment they're placed. Four states, one tap each: New, Accepted, Ready, Done. An alert sound plays for new orders so nothing falls through the cracks.

  • QR, counter, and staff orders on one queue
  • Auto-refresh every 10 seconds, audio alert on new
  • Edit log for every cancel or quantity change

02 · Table & dining session

Pay-per-order or Pay-at-End. One running bill per table.

Pick the model that fits your restaurant. Pay-Per-Order settles every ticket at checkout. Pay-at-End opens one dining session per table, three rounds of orders through the meal, one final bill at the end. Same product, same kitchen queue, one setting.

  • Pay-Per-Order for QSR and takeaway-heavy
  • Pay-at-End for sit-down and multi-course meals
  • Platform fee charged once per bill, not per order

03 · Bill & payment

  • UPI + card via Cashfree, cash at the counter
  • Settlement ledger with row-level transparency
  • Same bill whether the order came by QR, counter, or staff

05 · QR cards & Fast Order

Per-table QR cards plus a staff fast-order screen.

Auto-generated print-ready QR cards for every table. Download from the dashboard, print at any local press, place on tables. For walk-ins and older guests who prefer human service, your staff enter the order on the Fast Order screen. Both feed the same kitchen queue.

  • Unique QR per table, print-ready in minutes
  • Staff-side Fast Order for counter and walk-in

06 · Waitlist

Stop yelling names across the room.

When every table is taken, customers scan a waitlist QR at the entrance. You call them back from the dashboard when a table opens. Queue position updates live on their phone.

  • One QR at the entrance, not a paper list
  • Duplicate-phone joining prevented automatically
  • Call, seat, skip, or requeue in one tap

08 · Tax invoicing

Print GST-ready bills your accountant configures.

Invoice numbering, tax line-items, credit notes, configurable per outlet. You set the GSTIN, the document title, the tax rates, and the serial prefix. Orderzy prints exactly what you configure on every bill surface. Tax configuration and its correctness stay the restaurant's responsibility.

  • Gapless per-outlet, per-financial-year sequence
  • Owner-configured tax rates, printed verbatim

09 · Review growth

Every paid bill turns into a shot at a real Google review.

Table QR to meal to paid bill to WhatsApp with a one-tap link to your Google review page. Same link goes on the email bill and the printed bill as a QR. The diner writes in their own words, on Google. Nothing is templated for them. Everybody who paid is asked, nobody is filtered. This is the honest way to grow reviews, and it is the only way that works long-term.

  • WhatsApp + email + printed QR, sent once per bill
  • Never incentivised, never filtered, never templated
  • Owner dashboard shows review-link taps this month, per outlet

Why this matters

The food gets the credit it deserves.

You spend years perfecting a dish and a room. A single moment of friction can rewrite a customer's whole memory of you. Orderzy quietly handles the moments that ruin nights for everyone else: scanning, ordering, paying, asking for the bill. When guests leave, they remember what you cooked, not how long they waited.

Friction-free meals end in reviews. Reviews bring the next full house. That is the loop Orderzy is built around, and it is why every paid bill quietly turns into an invitation to a Google review, no filtering, no incentive.

Meet our first restaurant

Kulhadwala Restaurant, Chhatarpur.

Live at Kulhadwala Restaurant in Chhatarpur since March 2026. 2,000+ orders through Orderzy and counting.

Kulhadwala didn't want the restaurant to feel like a machine, and Orderzy stays out of the way. Guests scan, the kitchen cooks, staff serve, and at the end the bill is already correct. Nothing else about the place had to change.

Kulhadwala Restaurant is a pure vegetarian family spot in Chhatarpur, MP. Paneer tikka, dal makhani, biryani, Kulhadwala's own signature pizza, a long rotis menu, and a small but loved momos section. They were the first restaurant to go live on Orderzy, and they helped shape the kitchen queue we ship today.

Common questions

Straight answers before you even ask.

How much does Orderzy cost?

Free for restaurants. Nothing upfront, no monthly fee, no setup fee, no hardware to buy. Your customers pay a small platform fee at checkout, sized to the bill. The fee is part of every bill, no matter how the order was placed or how the diner pays. QR, counter, or staff-entered orders, and cash or online payments: the fee is already inside the bill total. Nothing extra to handle. You never pay it.

Do I need a POS, a printer, or any special tablet?

No. Your kitchen dashboard runs in any modern web browser. Whatever phone, tablet, or laptop you already use works fine. Your per-table QR cards are auto-generated in high quality, ready to download from your dashboard and print at any local press.

How long does it take to go live?

Most restaurants finish registration, add their menu, download their QR codes, and take their first order inside 30 minutes. Once you submit the registration form, we email an activation link and turn on your dashboard. Print your QR cards locally, place them on your tables, and you're live.

Can customers pay at the end of the meal instead of per order?

Yes. Pay-at-end is a setting you turn on per restaurant. In that mode, customers add items across the meal, ask for the bill at the end, and settle everything once. Platform fee is charged once per session, not per order. You pick the mode that matches how your restaurant actually runs.

What if my staff already take orders? Can they keep doing it?

Absolutely. Fast Order is a staff-side entry view that uses the same kitchen queue and billing as the QR flow. Walk-in customers, older guests who prefer human ordering, counter orders, takeaways. All go through one pipeline.

Is Orderzy a delivery platform?

No. Orderzy is a complete dine-in system, dine-in and takeaway only. Guests order by QR at the table, at the counter, or through your staff. You serve on-site or hand it over for takeaway. There is no fleet, no aggregator commission, no third-party rider. Your customer stays your customer.

Can Orderzy improve my Google rating?

Not directly, and anyone who promises otherwise is lying or violating Google's policy. What Orderzy does is remove the friction: every paid bill sends the diner a one-tap WhatsApp link to your Google review page, and the printed bill carries the same link as a QR. Every diner who paid gets the ask, none are filtered, and the review text is never templated for them. Volume plus recency is what actually moves ratings and local search. Orderzy grows both, honestly.

Who do I talk to if something breaks?

The founder. WhatsApp +91 92380 08672, any day, any hour we're awake. Founder-led from India, and we answer every message. You won't chase tickets.

Put every dining table on one system.

Register your restaurant in three minutes. We handle activation and dashboard setup. Your QR cards are ready to download in minutes. You get back to cooking.
