Every table Orderzy runs, the QR menu, the kitchen queue, the itemised bill, the payment, is a small piece of infrastructure your restaurant does not have to build or pay for. The diner's small platform fee, capped at ₹2 per bill, funds that infrastructure. Nothing more, nothing sneakier. When Orderzy needs more one day, we will say so openly on this page.

Is Orderzy really free for the restaurant?
Yes. Nothing to pay, no monthly, no setup, no commission on your orders. You keep every rupee your kitchen earns.
What does the diner pay?
The bill they ordered, plus up to a couple of rupees per bill as an Orderzy platform fee. That fee funds the platform. Nothing extra goes to the restaurant.
Do restaurants ever pay Orderzy anything?
No monthly, no setup, no commission on orders. Your menu revenue is fully yours. The platform fee comes from the diner side of the bill, sized to the outlet.
Can I still ask a waiter to take my order?
Yes. Orderzy is optional per table. Scan the QR and order from your phone, or wave the waiter over. Same menu, same prices.
Is my payment safe on Orderzy?
Payments run through an RBI-authorised payment gateway. Orderzy never stores your card or UPI details.
